19jan(:

I woke up early in the morning and met Jastine at 11am at causeway point!

Jastine passed me her name tag to return to Robinsons.

We went to shop around in causeway point. (:

She accompanied me till 12noon when weizhi came to meet me and off she goes! (:

First, Weizhi and I went to walk the pasar malam! =D

Next, we went to eat at Pizza Hut!

Had a hard time deciding what to eat because I'm always eating the same thing.

Wanted to try out something difficult but end up eating the same thing again!

Oh well, Chicken Ham Classic never fails me to be so nice all the time! =D

We ordered sweet and spicy drumlets as well! =D

It has been a long time since I ate that! :D LOL.

After lunch, we took a train down to Bugis street!

Saw Xinxian and Yishan on the train!

They were going to cine! =D

They alighted first at somerset while Weizhi and I carried on boarding the train!

Very soon, we reached and started window shopping! (:

The joke of buying windows never fails to appear in my mind whenever I mention window shopping. =="

I wanted to shop around to update my wishlist! (:

Goodness, I want to buy so many things!

Floral blouse, checkered blouse, black thin belt, black shorts, demin skirt and a new footwear!

It has been quite a while since I went shopping.

I realised how much I've grown when I was clearing my warerobe the other day.

It's time to get new clothes.

And you'll see me wearing it over and over again, until i cannot wear it anymore!

Hahas! (:

I'll get my new clothes after I get my pay on the 28th! (:

For now, I'm very broke! LOL.

Went to plaza sing after window shopping at bugis(:

First stop, daiso!!! =D

My all time favourite! (:

I can shop there for hours and hours without getting bored.

Second stop, spot light!

Another favourite place of mine!

These two places are places where I shop for gifts and card making materials! (:

After which, went to toa payoh central!!!

Walk many many rounds! ^^

Weizhi was so tired!!! LOL :D

Lastly, Yew Tee point..

Wanted to get my sushi but no sushi =="

So I went home after that. Dots... (:

I was so tired that i slept at 12.30am! (:

First time for this holidays... lol..

Weizhi couldn't accompany me to robinsons ):

In the end, I got Taylor to accompany me. Hahas! :D

Met Taylor at 12noon at woodlands.
He thought Robinsons was in Causeway point. LOL!!!

He wasn't the only one who thought wrongly.

When I was working in Robinsons, people mistook Robinsons as John Little.

Hahas! No worries Taylor! ;D

Reached Robinsons at 12.45pm!

Justin was late... He was sleeping. Haha! (:

Ivan was busy too so Taylor and I went for lunch at cuppage! =D

After lunch, Taylor was still hungry!

Brought a sandwich at 7-11 and microwaved it.

The cheese melted! WOW.

And many funny things happened!

I SAVED THE SANDWICH!!! ;D

LOL.

went back to Robinsons!

Finally, Ivan wasn't that busy.

Justin came too.

Michael made things difficult for Justin at first!

He purposely refused to help Justin to photocopy his punchcard! Haha!

But still, he did, in the end. :D

Passed Justin his birthday card too! (:

Goodness, my hair is so messy! D:

Went to HR after giving Ivan the photocopied punchcard.

Took a train down to City hall and went to Raffles City Robinsons.

Gave HR my punch card, swipe card and name tag!

Boohoo, I miss my name tag now. LOL ;D

And I'm getting my pay when school reopens. =="

Oh well, doesn't matter. =D

Went to Causeway point with Taylor later on.

Helped his sister to buy a mouse and watched Alvin and the chipmunks 2! ;D

Alvin and the chipmunks 2 was a great movie!

I laughed all the way!!! ;D

Defintely worth the watch!!! ;D

Yes, i got lots of things to update! =D

Let's start off with Mr Teh's daughter first month buffet on 3jan! =D
His daughter is really cute!!! =D
The tiny fingers and toes, the sleeping her simply makes her adorable! =D
If I could, I can just play with her for the whole day without feeling tired! (:
Just like how I played with my baby cousin and my small cousins! (:
Being with kids always make my day. (:

Oops, I'm side-tracking. Hehs (:
Most students from Mr Teh's class attended the celebration!
We met early in the morning to buy some gifts for his daughter. (:
Had a hard time deciding what to buy! All the items were so cute! Haha! (:

After settling the gifts, all of us walked to the bus stop and proceeded to Mr Teh's condo!
The condo was beautifull!
Before you walk in, you see waterfalls!
Man-made ones of course! (:

We went to the function room and waited for Mr Teh! (:
Saw many of his wife's students as well (:
Ate buffet and played many games like "who,what,har" and indian poker! (:
Played with Haziq's iphone too! Cool! (:

Went off with Haziq at 4pm and went home! (:

7-9jan Class Chalet (:
I had work for these 3days!
Furthermore, night shift! D:
I missed a lot of things. Grrr.
Anyway, i reached at 12 for the first night!
Took the train with Justin to Paris Ris.
Weizhi, Ganesh and Haziq came to pick me up at the station!

And Ganesh went missing!
We found him in the end, eating magumn ice-cream! xD
If we didn't find him, perhaps he will appear in the newspaper the next day.
With the headlines, "Crazy bangala runs around in Paris Ris, only to be found eating ice-cream!"
Dots! (:

After which, we walked to the chalet.
Ganesh took the extra long way! Goodness.
It was really dark at night! LOL.

Finally, we reached the chalet and it was quite empty.
My class went to watch midnight movie!
Hahaha!
I went to bathe and ate bbq-ed chicken wings and beehoon!
The chicken wings were nice but half were not fully cooked D:
Still, I want to thank whoever who bbq-ed the chickens! (:

My class came back from the movie and started to play games!
After a while, all of us went to the beach at Pasir Ris park!
I love the sound of the waves. So calm and relaxing.
I lie on the rocks and see the stars! (: Hahas!
Took a few pictures and stayed there for quite some time before going back to the chalet!

Returned to the chalet at 3am!
Slept on the stairs till someone offered to let the goup of us sleep in the room!

Weizhi and Ganesh didn't sleep at all.
They went to watch the sunrise which i find it retarded...
The sun comes out from the west, not the east! Hahaha! (:

I slept on the bed till Weizhi and Ganesh returned and woke me up(: hahas!

We called their mobile phones, bang the doors but nothing happened.

It was time for plan two.

CYCLING!

Haziq, Ganesh, Jiajun, Weizhi and myself went to rent bikes!(:

We cycled everywhere!

It was so fun!!!

Even though I was noob at cycling, I managed to not lose my friends! (: LOL.

Went back after an hour and I quickly prepared to go work! (:

Got scammed by Justin.

Tricked me to go to work so early. =="

But still, work was enjoyable for me! (:

Ended work really late.

The kitchen prep people had to set up the atrium! =D

It was tiring but everything was worth it when the atrium was done! (:

Took cab to the chalet with Ruzanna, Justin and Ivan!

Had a great chat inside the cab! (:

I reached the chalet at 2am. Goodness.

Everyone was sleeping.

I went there to accompany my class to sleep! Hahas! (:

Slept at 3am again and woke up at 8am!

Cleared up everything and left the chalet.

Ate lunch with my class at Fish and Co express! (:

Left pasir ris and went to work.

I was early again, as usual! (: Hahaha.

Got to know some new friends and catch up with some primary school friends! (:

A brand new year, a brand new resolution.

2009 was a great year for me but 2010 will be better! =D

Firstly, to give my best and achieve what I want.
No more tomorrow, excuses and slacking!

Just one resolution for this year.
Easy to say, hard to do.
I'll try my best to.

It's time to start the year right. (:

Just want to thank some people who were always guiding me and being with me before i end this post.

Let's start off with my secondary school besties!

Jastine & Emily (:
You two are always there to spot my mistakes, correcting my mistakes and guiding me along!
Whenever I needed help, you two never fail to be there for me! =D
Thank you babes for accepting me for who I am as your friend and spending lots of time with me!
I can never forget these 4 years we spent together because it's just so memorable! Haha! =D
All the activities we did together - shopping, baking, "suan-ing" each other, trying to be bhb, studying, sleeping in class, attending each other's concerts, working at robinsons and many many more! =D

Do you girls remember how we first met each other? (:

The most unforgettable one was about Jastine!

Emily and I mistook Jastine for a Malay, remember?
Till now, I can never stop laughing about that incident! =D

All the good and bad times we spent together will never be forgotten! (:

yes updates! =DDDD

like i said in one of my post, i got hired by robinsons!!!! =D
16th was my first day of work.
i still remember my first impression of ivan on my first day of work!
my friends and i thought he was gay. haha!
but he isn't!

hmm, we were distributed to different levels in robinsons!
but it ended up leaving 7 temp staffs behind at level 1!
so... the 7 of us joked like crazy!
hahaha =D

anyway, ivan finally came out with a piece of paper stating the dept we are in.
and yes, I AM FROM HIS DEPARTMENT! (:
kitchen preparation and electronics! haha =D
( and i love that department! )

and so.. i proceeded to level5 with junjie and ivan! (:
got to know patrick as well! and the friendly perm staffs! =D
i was pratically a blur sotong on that day because i missed the cashiering training on the 15th! ):
but thank god!
patrick and junjie were super nice and offered to guide me along! =D
hehehe =DDDD

and so, four hours passed by super quickly and work ended!

the next day, on the 17th,
the group1 temp staffs reported for work!
got to know muhaimin, justin, ruzanna and jiajun! =D
great colleagues!
( even though i was a little quiet on the first few days of work. haha! =D )

on the 18th, we learnt opening!
and i accompanied emily to join some singing competition after work..
at cine kbox!
she did her best! and i'm proud of her =DDDD
( because i have no singing talent and i'm not daring enough to take part in competitions! )

on the 19th, i got nothing to say. cant rmb.

had a short break till the 22nd.
i can only rmb the 21st, monday.
one of the worst day in my life.
shall not say anything much.
all i can say it's such a pity!!!
but i understand why it was a must.
to my dear friend, you'll always have my support. ( for the right things! )

22-27dec work was super tiring!
i got complained and praised by customers (: haha.
it was tiring but enjoyable!
i really enjoyed myself working there even though i'm always on OT.
the people there were fanastic!
even though there are many guys in my dept. haha! =D

and now, robinsons "sacked" us! ):
I MISS MY WORK!

thank god, ivan called and asked me if i wanted to work from the 4th to 17th!
( i was finding a job! )
and immediately, i agreed!
however, ivan doesn't want jastine to work with me ):
so sad... ): ): ):

CHINA,FUJIAN - YUNXIAO TRIP! =D

3dec2009 to 15dec2009 (:

DAY1 =D

woke up early in the morning and got ready =D

i was super tired because i slept at 2plus at night. Zzz...

I was really nervous.

My first plane ride.

And without my parents, just alone with my brother.

My mum and uncle went to send us off =D

Everything went smoothly! =D

we just kept looking at the signboards! haha! =D

The airlines i took was China airlines, the plane number was CA958 (:

The time of my flight was 8.15am =D

Waited to board the plane.

I tell you, i was freaking dumb to thought the plane was going to fly when it started moving!

Actually, it was just moving towards the "ready to fly" road. =D

yes, the plane finally flew!!! =D

the pilot came out when the plane was on auto pilot.

hehe, the pilot was really good looking! =D

And he had skills in plane flying.

I didn't feel a single pain while flying up, on and landing down when i was on the plane.

Out of the window, you see the azure blue skies and the white clouds (:

[ hmm, primary school compo :P ]

A really beautiful sight, don't you think so? (:

The plane ride was 4hours!!!

The breakfast was awesome! ( who says plane food aren't nice? )

There were scrambled eggs, hot dogs, potato, drinks!

Food always make me so happy =DDDDDD LOL.

Finally, after 4hours, we arrived at Xiamen Airport.

Took a bus down to the arrival hall.

There were so many immigration procedures to go through for foreigners.

Nevertheless, everything went smoothly and we got our luggages =D

Grandma and jiujiu were waiting for us! =D

I didn't see grandma for, i think, almost 2years!

I saw jiujiu like a few months ago, he came to singapore to visit us! =D

hahaha, they actually booked a taxi to drive them to and fro the airport.

the taxi driver helped us to load our luggages to his taxi and we proceeded on for lunch!

Jiuma's brother, opened a restaurant at Xiamen (:

The lunch was fanastic! =D

And i had a look how my niece looked like too.

I had never been to China even though my Mum is from China.

After lunch, we carried on with our journey to Yunxiao! =D

3hours car ride...

My brother slept throughout the whole ride. =DDD

Finally, we reached!

( i'm not rich :D )

AND YES! THIS IS MY ROOM! =D

on the 4th floor... argh!

i climb the stairs everyday...

And my brother and I were tired from the whole journey to China,

DAY2

Woke up at 7am for breakfast! =D

woke my cousin, shaowei, up for preschool at 9.30am (:

Followed grandma to preschool and went to shop at the supermarket =DDD

I tried to act like a kid and bought WangZai Milk =DDDD

Watch TV and bathed!

( the weather there is cold okay! Though there are no snow D: )
the temperature there is around 16degrees to 21degrees =D

Went out with jiuma in the afternoon to shop! =D

( actually she's the one who wanted to shop!!! xD )

Rode on her motor to the market =D ( it's just like singapore's bugis street! )

Jiuma's really good at bargaining! =D

Bargaining in China is something you must know!

I bought a school bag for my brother for RM30(:

which is around SGD6 :D cheap right?

That's China prices for you! =DDDD

As usual, i bought nothing for myself! =D

Went home at around 4pm and went online!!! =D

Talked to Jiajun and Emily on MSN.

AND I REALISED CHINA BLOCKS FACEBOOK, TWITTER, BLOGGER!!!

And it was 5pm!

ShaoWei's home!!! =D

My other cousin, my second jiujiu's daughter, came over too =D

I played with them like a retard!!! =D

Watched Cartoon with them and ate dinner! =D

after dinner, Weizhi called :D

( yeah, i sent out my china number to all my friends! They called using a card! So no overseas charges! :D )

I missed all my friends! :D

Talked to him for a while and went back to watch TV :D

Ate tibits :D

Then at 10pm, supper! STEAMBOAT.

drank pipa wine! It's sweet. but i hate the smell of wine.

I just drank a small wine cup and my face turned red after a while D:

went to wash up and slept at 11.30pm :D

DAY3

Woke up at 9plus.. (:

Grandma had already sent ShaoWei to preschool (:

Ate breakfast! =D

Grandma took me to see her sisters!

We took a trishaw down to the bus interchange and took the bus to Xi Pu (:

The journey was long.

We only reached there after 45mins and walked for 5mins to my grandma's sister house :D

LinYan slept in the bus ride.

I call my grandma's sister yipo (:

And her daughter, who i call ah yi, is super pretty! =DDDDD

they brought us out for lunch at the "fast food restaurant"

In china, fast food are economic rice/noodles, not mac, kfc, burger king, etc...

The meal was really filling.

Went down to another of my grandma's sister's shop!

She sells fish nets! and makes them =DDD

Grandma threw Linyan, my brother and I at the shop while she and her sisters went to see their mother!

YES MY GREAT GRANDMA IS STILL ALIVE!!! =D

went to walk around at the shops...

all you can see is, clothes shop selling winter wear!

Argh, i should come in the summer! =DDDD

Grandma and her sisters came back after an hour and we went home tgt! =D

Went to pick up Shaowei on the way home and bought somethings from the supermarket (:

shaowei was playing with the hammer thingy you see in arcades! =D

Went home and had a great dinner =D Bathed, watched tv and played! =D

Grandpa and my brother went to eat supper and bought back some dumplings!

My favourite food! but it wasn't really nice because the skin was too thick! ):

Not bad for a try =D

I wanted to sleep at 11plus but my cousins were too noisy!

Kids are kids (: they are cute but irritating at times! =D haha!

DAY4

woke up at 9plus again and ate breakfast!

jiujiu brought us out for mountain climbing at JiangJun Shan!

A soldier was buried at the top of the mountain and thus, JiangJun Shan!!! =D

i was very slow while climbing, looks like i need more exercise! =D

My jiujiu was very kua zhang! made a stick for me to climb... haha =D

The way up the hill was not easy, i almost fell for a number of times.

Finally, we were halfway through climbing the hill.

AND MY BROTHER GAVE UP.

he was too lazy! he wanted to eat beef noodles!

so... we climbed down... and the time we climbed down was half of the time we climbed up.

( you can never do that in singapore =D too dangerous! )

The beef noodles were okay.. i'm not a fan of beef!

Went home really soon and had a nap!

Watched tv, ate dinner! =D

AND COM TIME!!! =D watched tom and jerry and shinchan with Shaowei (:

Then watch Bruce Lee with grandma! =D

then i went to sleep =DDDDDDD

DAY5

As usual, woke up and ate breakfast!

Then went to the market to buy somethings and ate oyster omelette at my grandpa's friend shop! =D

I prefer sinagpore's oyster omelette!

The oyster omelette over in Yunxiao has vegetables. lol more healthy! =D

Returned home and bathed!

Went out with jiuma in a short while and had a hard time finding a guitar shop.

AND I DIDN'T FIND IT. LOL.

jiuma sent me home and i was computer-ing again =DDDD

I waited for weizhi's call..

Talked to ganesh on msn and he told me weizhi is calling soon!

but his soon never came ): AWWW.

My brother went fishing and came back!

They caught many fishes!!! =D

And it was his turn to use the computer! =D

I watched tv and played with shaowei! =DDD

At dinner time, my grandpa's friends came with a pot of dog meat.

China people eats dog meat.

Goodness, i didn't dare to eat.

The guys ate their dinner first while my grandma, Shaowei and i went out! =D

shaowei was really cute!!! =DDDD

Returned home and ate dinner.

I didn't eat dog meat okay!

My brother ate it and he told me it was nice at the first bite but disgusting when you eat more ):

After a while, my da jiuma and my cousin, ah bi came! =D

hohoho, i got angbao! LOL. and they left.

watched tv till 12.30, washed up and slept.

DAY6

I woke up really late, at 11plus!

ate brunch! =DDDDD

Went out with jiuma to buy shoe shoes for my siblings and father..

and make up set for myself =DDDD

( china's quality not bad okay! =D )

Accompanied jiuma to buy clothes!

( yes my jiuma loves to look pretty :D )

Returned home and ate, computer-ing again (:

Showed my sister a photo of the school shoes i brought for her and she didn't like it.

So.. went to change at the shop to my black flats! for work :DDD

Then bought black jeans! :D

watched more tv and eat somemore and sleep time!!! =D

DAY7

Woke up at 9plus and breakfast-ed (:

went out with grandma to go to jiuma's brother new house!

My mum bought a similar one which is still building.

( she asked me to go take photos!!! :D )

Jiuma took a really long time to clean the house..

so... she asked my dajiu to pick us up and bring us out!

Dajiu came in a while's time and brought us to his wife's workplace!

Beverage cereal factory! =DDDD

Ate lunch there =DDDDD

After that, we went down to Zhugang! to feed dajiu's pigs and chickens! =D

Pigs are really noisy!!!

forgotten about jiuma and went home to pick shaowei up from preschool.

Saw a piano shop and tired my luck asking about capos! =D

i had a hard time trying to describe how a capo looks like!

people in china dont speak english you see. zzz...

Went home to eat dinner.

they cooked the bird, maque!

i didn't dare to eat such a cute bird ): LOL.

watch tv for a while and went to the park.

It was really dark at 6pm.

Took a few pictures and returned home.

Shaowei bathed and all of us went out again to eat ice kachang!

the red beans were awesome!

Shopped at the supermarkets and we finally returned home.

Watch more tv! and slept! =D

DAY8

Stayed at home the whole day because it rained! ):

Emily and Jastine called in the afternoon!!! =D

they called at the right timing, i was so bored!!! =D

Watched xiao yu'er he hua wuque for the whole afternoon!

( china drama series shows a few episodes within 4-5hours! )

The rain stopped at night and jiujiu brought us out to eat smelly tofu!

it wasn't smelly ):

Went home and watched tv.

DAY9

nothing much on day 9.

went to jiuma's brother new home again and was stuck there for quite some time.

Took photos, bathed!

Jiujiu brought us out to drink malangtang and eat changfen..

Changfen is known in singapore as chee cheong fan!

The Chang fen there is awesome! HANDMADE! with fillings!

extremely good. =DDDD

went to the park again and bought things somewhere,

went home and slept.

I WAS REALLY TIRED :D

DAY10

aw, only 3more days in china! ):

woke up at 9 and ate breakfast!

Miaozhen jiejie came to fetch me to cut hair!!!

BOO MY HAIR!!!

my fringe is so short now. you will see it later ):

however, the washing service was great :D

really comfortable =DDDDDDDDDD

Went to eat burger =D not bad!!!

returned home and watch xiyangyang for the whole day!

Xiyangyang's really funny!!!

Miaozhen jiejie went for work at 4plus 5..

ate dinner.

and Linyan fell ill. FEVER ):

bought her to see a doctor and watched more tv when we returned home!

DAY11

went out with jiuma to send linyan home!

went to xipu for lunch! steamboat! =D

went to buy dried fish for my mum (:

and drank dachapei! ( singapore's bubble tea! )

the owner is jiuma's friend =DDDD

so i had free bubble tea!!! =DDD

went to buy things for jiuma's brother's wife! =D

went to the new house and played with her kid, XinNa! =DDDD

After which, went to Zhugang again!

Ate steamboat the dajiu's house!

long journey home! and i fell sick. argh.

DAY12

woke up early to eat xiaolong bao!

the xiaolongbao in china is really good!

better than singapore's ding tai feng okay!!! =D

went home and jiujiu bought us a webcam! =DDD

watched tv for the whole day!

had dinner and went supermarket-ing again...

AND MY FLU GOT WORSE.

DAY13

the last day!!! ): ): ):

packed all my stuffs and my mum stuffs.

there were 4luggages.

3 and a half of the luggages were full of my mum's things.

the remaining half were mine and my brother's.

we left the house at 12.

so many people couldn't make it to send us off.

3hours ride to xiamen airport.

we were 2hours early ):

ate kfc! =DDDD

then ate medicine.

i consulted a doctor in the morning btw.

finally it was time to go in.

my flight was 5.45pm.

i tell you, this pilot has no skill.

the plane was like a rollar coaster.

shaking here and there.

like we are going to fall anytime!!!

my ears became really pain and was blocked even when i arrived in singapore!

but the dinner was great (: hehe.

reached singapore at 10 :D

waited for out luggages for a long time!!!

mum came to pick us up and uncle drove us home :D

unpacked and called back to china!

i miss china so much now!!!

if i have a chance again, i would want to go again!

the people there are really friendly.

you feel like you are at home~ =DDDD

PROM NIGHT!!! (:

23nov2009, monday (: at hotel intercontinental.

went to pei's friend's house for make up and hair straightening! (:
thanks pei!!! (:

unfortunately, my right eye was slightly swollen ):
so some of my photos look really ugly.
didn't upload a lot as i'm lazy!

reached hotel intercontinental at around 6plus!
SO MANY PEOPLE WERE LATE. LOL (:

met emily and jastine outside the hotel.

hang around in the lobby and i was crazily running around giving cards! (:

my prom dress is purple and i brought it in a blogshop and altered it! (:
HOHOHO LOVE THE DRESS SO MUCH! (:
$17 only for the dress... and $2.70 my diy belt as seen (:
i spent $60 for prom in total. *heart pain*

woke up really early to attend np's F.Y.I workshop!

so many ppl were late, as usual.

F.Y.I session was really fun!
the trainer was an adam khoo trainer and is super funny! =D
i really enjoyed myself and leant a lot!!! =D

the lunch snack was pie kia and it was nice!!! ^^

met emily on a bus to orchard to go for job interview at robinsons tgt! =D
we changed to mrt at newton and alighted at city hall.
went to raffles city and headed towards robinsons staff entrance.
coincidentally, we met spartan on the way!
reached robinsons and filled up a form for job1 (:
6 days work.

the interview was fast!
10 people at a go.
just had to say your name, school, if you have working experience and if you are comfortable with cashiering...
wow, it wasn't scary at all!
i thought the interview would be like what i experienced in long john silvers 2 years ago.
ONE TO ONE.
but it wasn't.

after the interview, we went to walk walk! (:
then went to clarke quay central!
and then to singapore river!
THE BEAUTIFUL SCENERY!!! =D

but it was too early...
so we walked down to people's park complex's food centre for dinner!!! =D
ate a lot. super full.
